  • Heating and Cooling Demand Capacity Constraints.

  • Energy Management and Efficiency.

  • Process Temperature Control Accuracy.

  • Thermal Fluid Operating and Control Problems.

  • Thermal Fluid Selection and Application.

Design Services

At Thermal Fluid Systems Ltd. we carry out full Heating and Cooling System designs for new installations or for the extension of existing operating plant. Our services are always tailored to the client’s specific needs and the stage of development within the particular project. Our services include detailed assessments of heat heat demands, their scheduling requirements, the transfer rates achievable, plant utilisation, and overall plant energy design requirements. Only once the client is happy with the overall design, will we undertake the manufacture and selection of components for the mechanical and electrical design elements of the system.

Process Optimisation

Thermal Fluid Systems Ltd. can help you maximum an existing production plant capability be it environmental, cost of energy by unit output or capacity increase. These are evaluated through detailed energy management surveys related to process demands, especially within batch and thermally cyclic processes. The surveys provide real world design and engineering recommendations for optimising performance and the changes in investments required to meet the clients budget. We operate a number of proprietary software packages that are based both on analytical algorithms as well as our vast experience in in-house empirical data.

These changes are always client specific and very hugely ranging from improved heat transfer fluid selection to reducing restrictions and service limitations and everything in-between.
