Thermal Control Units (TCU)

Thermal Fluid Systems Ltd. have developed a range of modular design Thermal Control Units [TCUs] capable of being assembled to suit specific client requirements. TCUs are now the standard means used for heating, cooling and chilling equipment including  process vessels on batch processing installations in the fine chemical and pharmaceutical industries, presses and coaters in the plastics and metal finishing industries , tank heating, testing and many other industrial processes.

Design Criteria

The Thermal Fluid Systems modularised TCUs, designed for operation with single heat transfer fluids, include a number of fundamental design and manufacturing criteria to guarantee their performance in operation.
